Soon it becomes clear that this place was not what the scientists thought - some really strange things happen here and some horrible creature lives here, which they nicknamed "Jester". Suddenly they observe a flare in the sky, which means that the unit is in trouble and asks for help. The protagonist and his partner are at base camp, while the rest of the group has gone on a research mission. This is where the polar station is located, where scientists study the environment.

We Were Here Together is at first glance a classic survival simulator, but it differs from the others in that here the gameplay is designed exclusively for co-op and players must communicate with each other using a microphone.
